We work from a factory workshop here rather than a shop front. That is the whole reason our pricing works the way it does — there is no retail rent and no distributor between the making and you — and it is also the main thing that is different about buying from us. It is an appointment rather than a walk-in, and a custom piece takes about two weeks rather than being wrapped today.
For anyone comparing local options: the useful question is not how close a shop is but whether the people quoting you can answer a question about how the piece is made. A retailer can tell you what is in the case. Ask about setting depth, prong thickness or why a particular stone was cut the way it was, and you find out quickly who made it.
Every stone is IGI, GIA or HRD certified, and we send the certificate before you pay anything. We are members of Bharat Diamond Bourse and GJEPC, which is checkable rather than something you have to take our word for.

If you are further out, the distance matters less than you would think — most orders are agreed entirely on WhatsApp and the piece is delivered.
Buying online versus buying in person
The honest answer is that most of our orders happen without anyone visiting, and that works because of what replaces the showroom: the certificate before you commit, photographs and video of your actual piece during making, and sign-off on the stone and the setting before anything is finished.
What you cannot do remotely is feel the weight of a piece or see how a stone throws light in a room. If that matters to you — and for a large solitaire it reasonably might — come in. We will show you loose stones side by side, which is more informative than any photograph and something a retail counter with finished stock cannot really offer.
What we would gently push back on is choosing a jeweller by how close they are. Proximity tells you nothing about who made the piece, what the cut grade is, or how many margins are in the number. It is the easiest thing to search for and the least useful thing to decide on.
What a lab grown diamond store should be able to tell you
Which laboratory certified the stone, and the report number, so you can check it yourself on IGI's, GIA's or HRD's own site. Free, takes a minute, and nobody should be offended that you asked.
Whether the stone is CVD or HPHT, and why that one was chosen for your piece. Both are genuine diamond; a seller who cannot tell you which is in front of them is selling stock they did not choose.
The gold weight and karat, stated separately from the stone. And the making charge, also stated separately. A single total is not a quote you can compare with anyone else's.
If a shop cannot answer those four, the issue is not that they are dishonest — it is usually that the piece passed through several hands before reaching the case, and the answers were lost somewhere along the way.

- Can I buy lab grown diamond jewellery online from you?
- Yes, and most people do. The whole conversation runs on WhatsApp: you tell us what you want, we send options with certificates and a factory-price quote, you approve the stone and the setting, and we deliver insured. Visiting is optional rather than expected.
